Hi! I'm Qiana, the founder of The Davis Branch.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by stories. I asked about our family's past, such as how the couples met, the proposal story, and their wedding day. Or how someone got their name or nickname.
And this passion has grown from losing my beloved mother and both grandmothers. As I get older, I still have many questions about our family history. I also think about how my great-nieces will never know their great-grandmother. It can only be from the stories and pictures we may share. But what if they could watch a video where my mother tells her story? A book is great, but a video is powerful.
And in some of my recent interviews, it has been a pleasure hearing other family members share their stories. It brings my heart so much joy as their children and grandchildren learn things they never knew about their loved ones.
The story of who we are and where we come from lies with the generations that came before us. We watch many videos discussing the world's history, but what about our family history? We deserve to have our legacy passed on to the next generation.

These memories are too precious to be buried.
